This Privacy Policy explains how Paste2Pic (“Paste2Pic,” “we,” “us,” or “the app”) handles information when you use the Paste2Pic iOS application.
Data Collection
Paste2Pic does not collect, transmit, store on our servers, sell, or share personal data. The app does not require an account and does not use advertising, tracking technologies, third-party analytics, or third-party crash-reporting services.
Pasted Content and Image Generation
Text and Markdown that you paste into Paste2Pic are processed locally on your device. Generated images are also created locally on your device. Pasted content and generated images are not transmitted to us or to any server operated by us.
Clipboard Access
Paste2Pic accesses clipboard content only when you initiate a paste action or otherwise direct the app to use copied content. Clipboard content is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Photos Access
When you choose to save a generated image, Paste2Pic may request permission to add that image to your Photos library. This access is used only to save the image you created. Paste2Pic does not read, browse, collect, or upload your existing photos.
Sharing
When you choose to share an image, Paste2Pic uses the iOS system share sheet. The destination app or service you select processes the shared information under its own terms and privacy policy. Paste2Pic does not receive a copy of the shared content.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because Paste2Pic does not receive or collect app data, we do not retain user data on our servers. Any content retained by the app remains locally on your device and can be removed by clearing or replacing it, or by deleting the app. Images saved to Photos can be deleted through the Photos app.
Third-Party Services
Paste2Pic does not include third-party advertising, tracking, analytics, or crash-reporting services that collect information from the app. The iOS system share sheet and Photos features are provided by Apple and operate according to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Children’s Privacy
Paste2Pic does not collect personal information from any user, including children. All pasted content and generated images are processed locally on the user’s device and are not transmitted to us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Paste2Pic’s features or privacy practices change. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
